Almost a decade ago, I decided to branch out and explore a new artistic medium – Cake Decorating. Shortly after, I developed a strong love for all things sugarcraft and said goodbye to my career in Architecture.

I began creating custom cakes for a range of clients, but after a year into cake decorating, I was getting requests to teach and share my innovative style. After my first class, I discovered where my passion truly lied. When I see my students prosper and realise the countless possibilities when creating reminded me of my first time and why I began this journey into sugarcraft. I aim to inspire and show you that anyone is capable of achieving genuinely exceptional handmade sugarcraft pieces for any occasion.

Sandra has had years of experience both in cake decorating and teaching a range of students. She knows how to work quickly, efficiently and spot any mistakes ahead of time so that you can have a smooth learning experience.
